For kaupapa ako we have been doing pakanga wars. My war was Ngāti Porou against Ngāpuhi.
Ngāpuhi won this war because they had more guns and they were killing any people on the rampage that Ngāti Porou didn't know. Ngāpuhi were the first iwi to have muskets. The leader for Ngāpuhi was Patara Raukatauri and Ngāti Porou had no leader. That is half of what my Pākanga was about.
